Nokia Lumia 800 BMX video: Mellon BMX & Rok Krivec

Here is yet another example of some awesome extreme sports action from the Nokia Connects community. Last month we highlighted some Parkour perfectionism from Swag Freerun, prior to that we received our last dose of BMX videos from Germaine Eloka; a community member who was inspired by the work we did with the Lumia 900 and James Ivett at Mobile World Congress.

Recently we contacted and offered a two week Nokia Lumia 800 trial to Mellon BMX (Mellon BMX is the first rider owned BMX contest website) and they kindly accepted our brief, which was simply to test the phone to its limit. A few days past and we were sent this great piece of video featuring Rok “Riko” Krivec:

Our door is always open for you guys to trial Nokia phones. We would love you to send us some more extreme sports video captured on a Nokia handset, the content doesn’t have to include BMXing, skateboarding or Parkour, you can literally try your hand at anything.
