It all starts with an unboxing. Because, as regular readers will know, we *love* an unboxing here @Nokia_Connects. KA’s unboxing post is a gem – a video, photos and first impressions. What more could you ask for?
As far as KA’s thoughts on the design of the N9 go, the title of his post sums it up – ‘Only design of its kind’. Warm words follow:
“Nokia N9 is one and the only device with its unique and appealing features of the design along with the user interface, I’ve ever experienced.”
It’s fair to say he likes the phone. So did everyone around him:
“everyone here in our office really loved it and wished to spend a day with it”
Great to see him spreading the N9 love…
As he rightly points out, the second thing one does when getting one’s hands on a new phone (after importing your contacts) is to check what apps are included or can be loaded up (guilty as charged right here). Thing is, with the N9, a lot of the work has already been done for you. There’s a great guide to what’s included, along with screenshots (a necessity, in our opinion), descriptions, and of course opinions which are mixed at times:
“Both of the apps Facebook and Twitter are really well developed and finished. But not fully featured as competitors have. I actually loved tweeting via N9”
To top off his series of posts, there is an extensive – and we mean *extensive* – walk through of the UI. It’s very much well worth a read (took us about 10 minutes), and can be summed up in one sentence:
“on experiencing N9 finally I didn’t face any flaw in the interface which I was really expecting. Everything looked just awesomely finished.”
