The newest in the Eseries range, the Nokia E55 sports a raft of new features and is the smallest Nokia messaging device. Sporting a compact QWERTY keyboard, the Nokia E55 includes a predictive engine that’ll suggest word completions, error completions and automatically learns new words.

Ovi Store
Offering a range of content including applications, games, videos, widgets, podcasts, location-based applications and personalised content, Ovi Store will be available on S60 and Series 40 devices. The first device to include the mobile storefront on board will be the Nokia N97, set to launch in June. Meanwhile tens of millions of existing S60 and Series 40 devices will be able to take advantage of the store from May.

Skype in Nokia devices
Nokia and Skype announced plans to fully integrate Skype into select Nokia devices. Kicking off with the Nokia N97, Skype will be part of the address book in the device, enable users to easily see when their Skype contacts are online. It’ll also enable them to use 3G and WiFi to make and receive free Skype to Skype voice calls.

Nokia Sports Tracker bagged the top prize for Best Mobile Internet Service whilst Nokia was awarded the first ever award for Outstanding Environmental Contribution at this year’s Mobile World Congress. The scale and commitment of Nokia’s global environmental program contributed to it winning the best in the industry prize, along with Nokia’s commitment to considering the environment across its entire product range.
